HI, I’M JANE BALLENTYNE
WRITER / DIRECTOR
I love content that falls on the lighter side of tragic; serious comedy that refuses to look away when it gets real.
Most of my story telling comes from a deeply personal place and I revel in exposing our universal vulnerabilities through our quirks; celebrating our awkwardness but always with heart.
Using comedy to explore the complex themes around women on the periphery are the stories that interest me most.
